Board rooms are facing a new season with a need for further diversity, not only regarding gender quotas but also to competences. Boards, like most aspects of business, are experiencing a variety of challenges in today’s rapidly changing world, distinct by innovation and disruption. Styrelisten addresses these challenges by exposing, developing and matching qualified candidates. Interestingly too, Styrelisten has a mentorship program where senior board members take on the mentorship of candidates from the database. Dreams and Details Academy is onboarded as partner of competence development for Styrelisten.
